This Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made under a Business-to-Business (B2B) Research Use Only (RUO) agreement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

All products are strictly intended for qualified research institutions, laboratories, and professional investigators<\/strong> and are not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.<\/p>\n

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (30-DAY WINDOW)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To initiate a return, the buyer must contact us via the Contact Us page for approval prior to shipping any item back.<\/p>\n

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

All orders should be inspected upon delivery.<\/p>\n

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the buyer must notify us promptly so the issue can be reviewed under RUO supply conditions.<\/p>\n

Approved resolutions may include replacement or refund at our discretion.<\/p>\n

4. EXCHANGES<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Direct exchanges are not offered.<\/p>\n

Where a return is approved, a refund may be issued, and the buyer may place a new order separately if needed.<\/p>\n

5. REFUNDS<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Additional processing time may be required by financial institutions.<\/p>\n

Due to the nature of Research Use Only materials<\/strong>, opened or used items are not eligible for return.<\/p>\n

Refund eligibility is limited to:<\/p>\n

  • Verified shipping damage<\/li>\n
  • Fulfillment errors<\/li>\n
  • Confirmed manufacturing defects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    All refund decisions are subject to compliance review under RUO guidelines.<\/p>\n

    All returns must be pre-approved.<\/p>\n
